Who are you?
Tastes Catering was established 20 years ago. We are a business caterer delivering hot and cold food to office and venue locations in central London in our own refrigerated vans.
What do you do?
Our core business is ‘cold’ meeting room lunches for 6+ people. We do regularly provide catering for seminars, evening events, canapé receptions etc. We do provide hot food and even waiters and chefs.
Who are your customers?
Our clients are predominantly in Central London and include large law firms, corporate, SME’s, conference centres, Finance Houses, Membership Associations and industry adjudication panels.
Do you design bespoke menus?
Yes – for larger events although combining our current menus works well too.
What distinguishes you from other catering companies?
We actually do think there are other good catering companies out there. We seem to consistently score above our competitors in three areas: (1) providing variety in our ‘daily’ menus for multiple day catering (2) our presentation is routinely described as ‘fantastic’. Food is delivered in superior recyclable plastic platters and served without fuss or mess straight to corporate boardroom tables (3) our ‘event’ catering wins us repeat business; from the design of menus to the presentation of food and the chefs and waiters we provide at client sites.
How do I order?
Go to our website, register and order online. We require credit card details for your first order. For special orders, general help or a discussion about your requirements, please call us.
Do you have minimum orders?
Yes, £100.00 excl. VAT. We do offer free delivery in central London using our own vans.
What are your deadlines for ordering, cancellations etc?
Using your online account, you can order up to 5.00pm on the business day before the day of delivery. To amend or cancel an order please email: firstname.lastname@example.org. We will advise you of any restrictions to this service for special or large orders.
What about delivery times?
When you place an order, you nominate a 2 hour window and within ‘Special Instructions’ you can ask for a particular delivery time. We will try and accommodate you as best as we can.
