Ordering freshly prepared food is easy and we deliver your order direct to your door

One of the benefits of using Tastes catering is our flexible service - allowing cancellations and amendments up to 5.30pm on the business day before the day of delivery.


Order Amendments


Orders cannot be amended on the day of delivery. However, where possible, we will try to accommodate you if we can. Orders can be amended up to 5.30pm on the business day (i.e. Monday – Friday) before the day of delivery. To amend your order – please log in to your account and make your amendment online.


Cancellation Policies

Cancellation up to 5.30pm the business day before day of delivery (i.e. Monday – Friday) before the delivery day. To cancel – please log in to your account and cancel online.


Cancellation of Confirmed Events


Up to £500.00 excluding vat - 48 Hours/2 business days required.

£501.00 - £1000.00 excluding vat - 72 Hours/3 business days required.

Over £1000.00 excluding vat - 120 Hours/5 business days required.
