      • Our experienced team of  waiting staff will wear black trousers and black shirts. We do have alternative uniforms should you require them.
      • We suggest the waiter arrives at least one hour before guests arrive and service to set-up. We also suggest he be there an hour after guests leave in order to clear the venue.
